Bella Luna Rentals

Bella Luna Rentals is a Marbella property business founded by Mihaela, focused on turning apartments into attractive, high-performing investments and well-managed homes. Drawing on experience in the local luxury property market, the company combines refurbishment, bespoke interior design, luxury rentals and property management to help owners improve their properties and rental returns with less day-to-day stress.

Its refurbishment services transform dated or overlooked apartments through renovation and design, with completed projects including properties in Estepona. For guests and long-term renters, Bella Luna offers a curated selection of modern apartments, including one-bedroom homes with features such as panoramic views, comfortable interiors and convenient access to local beaches and attractions. The company presents its rentals as carefully prepared places to stay, supported by attentive hosting and local recommendations.

Bella Luna’s work brings together two complementary services: enhancing a property’s appeal and managing it as a rental. Its website also features project case studies, rental listings and a blog, giving property owners and prospective guests an overview of its transformations and accommodation.
