Bella Palazzo is an Arizona luxury vacation rental brand founded by Margie Van Zee in 2001. Celebrating 25 years in the region, the company offers a hand-selected collection of more than 50 private estates across eight destinations, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Sedona, Phoenix, and surrounding communities. Its homes combine private-residence comfort with resort-style amenities such as heated pools, chef’s kitchens, mountain views, hot tubs, game rooms, and outdoor gathering spaces.

Bella Palazzo serves couples, families, friend groups, and corporate travelers, with options for romantic getaways, multi-generational celebrations, group trips, and dog-friendly stays. Guests can browse curated collections focused on features such as pools, hot tubs, family-friendly homes, and pro-athlete favorites. The company emphasizes personalized hospitality, responsive communication, concierge-style care, and support throughout the reservation, from booking to checkout. Beyond vacation rentals, Bella Palazzo lists property management, home watch, and design services. With local knowledge and more than 7,200 five-star reviews cited on its website, the brand positions each stay as a carefully hosted Arizona experience rather than simply a home rental.
