Bellflower Lactation

Bellflower Lactation provides evidence-based, family-focused lactation care to families in the Twin Cities. Founded by Aemelia Tallen-Whited, a Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, the practice supports parents in making feeding choices that work for their circumstances. Its approach is compassionate and nonjudgmental: families are partners in care, and feeding plans are shaped around their needs rather than a prescribed agenda.

Services include lactation support, expertise in diagnosing and treating tethered oral tissues (tongue ties), and the ability to prescribe medication for common issues. Bellflower Lactation offers flexible appointment scheduling and home visits, and can work closely with a client’s healthcare provider when needed. The practice also has a particular focus on families with multiples, informed by the practitioner’s experience as a twin parent.

Bellflower Lactation aims to support the wellbeing of the whole family, both physically and emotionally, throughout the feeding journey. Appointments can be booked online, and gift cards are available. The practice is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
