Bells Up Winery is a micro-boutique winery established in 2013 by Dave and Sara Specter in Newberg, Oregon. Located on Chehalem Mountain, the winery produces approximately 600 cases annually, with grapes sourced exclusively from its estate vineyard and Summit View Vineyard in Eastern Oregon. Its handcrafted, classically styled wines include Pinot Noir, Rosé, Pinot Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Schioppettino, and Zweigelt.
Featured releases include estate wines such as Helios Seyval Blanc, Jupiter Pinot Noir, and Prelude Rosé of Pinot Noir. Bells Up sells its wines directly through its tasting room and offers private tasting experiences hosted by winemaker Dave Specter. Each reservation is for one group at a time, creating a relaxed opportunity to taste current releases, learn about the wines and vintages, visit the barrel room, and explore the winery’s story.
