BellyVenture

BellyVenture is a women’s health and fitness provider based in Berlin-Karlshorst, supporting women through pregnancy, birth, the postnatal period, and later stages of life, including menopause. Led by Lisa Evertz and working with midwife partners, the brand offers in-person courses at its women’s studio, with selected classes in Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow, other Berlin locations, and online.

Its program combines pregnancy exercise and Pilates, birth preparation, midwife-led services, postnatal recovery, and pelvic-floor training. For mothers and babies, offerings include fitness classes, baby massage, music courses, and parent-child groups. BellyVenture also provides Pilates, women’s fitness and full-body training, outdoor workouts, movement classes for older adults, yoga, sound healing, and progressive muscle relaxation. Children can take part in activities such as parent-child dance, children’s dance, and movement classes. The range is designed for different fitness levels and life situations, with individual guidance and practical advice emphasized. BellyVenture presents movement and wellbeing as ways to care for both body and mind, and invites participants to choose courses suited to their needs and stage of life.
