Belong Here Co. is a San Diego community for international professionals building careers and lives in the United States. Founded by Autumn Garrett, who has more than 16 years of experience teaching English to adults across several countries and U.S. cities, the organization helps newcomers and long-established residents navigate workplace culture, form genuine connections, and feel at home. Its approach centers on three ideas: learn, connect, and belong.

Belong Here Co. offers practical sessions on U.S. workplace communication and unwritten social norms, along with monthly in-person events designed to foster meaningful relationships rather than transactional networking. Events include the Insider Series, mixers, and interactive workshops on networking, self-presentation, introductions, and follow-up communication. Participants can practice in supportive small groups, gain useful templates, and connect with peers through a WhatsApp community. The organization welcomes professionals, researchers, and students at different career stages and English levels. For those seeking more individualized guidance, Autumn also provides 90-day, one-to-one coaching and mentorship through the Outsider to Local Blueprint.
