About BELvue
BELvue is more than just a museum about Belgium and its history. Located in the heart of Brussels, it aims to develop historical awareness and encourage critical reflections on the importance of democracy. With a thematic approach, the permanent exhibition provides a better insight into Belgium and its society, revolving around seven social themes such as democracy, prosperity, and migration.
History is brought to life through interactive displays, sound, and visual elements, combined with a contemporary perspective. The gallery showcases over 200 surprising Belgian objects, offering a glimpse into the country's rich cultural heritage. With its central location, the BELvue serves as a center for democracy, hosting meetings and exchanges on related topics.
