Benalla Golf Club

Benalla Golf Club is a golf and social destination in North East Victoria, welcoming golfers and visitors since 1903. Located in the Goulburn Valley, about two hours from Melbourne, the club combines a historic country-club atmosphere with modern facilities and a strong community focus.

Its 18-hole championship course features manicured Santa Anna fairways, grass greens, strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, all set in peaceful Victorian bushland. The flat, walkable layout suits players of different abilities, and visitors can book public tee times. Regular competitions, tournaments, coaching and beginner programs support golfers at every stage. Facilities include a newly constructed driving range and hire options for clubs, buggies and electric carts.

Benalla Bistro serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, with daily specials, generous meals and local North East Victorian wines in a family-friendly clubhouse overlooking the greens. The club also offers flexible membership options, including full, Generation Y, country and introductory packages.
