Benalla Stud is a family-run horse breeding operation owned and managed by Drew and Sally Stevenson at Miranee, Gundy, New South Wales. The Benalla prefix was established by Sally’s parents in 1980, creating a longstanding family connection to the stud’s breeding program. The bloodlines of the original sire, Benalla Lloyd, remain present in some of the mares bred at the property today.
The stud is home to resident stallion Al Capone and focuses on horses and breeding, with horses available for sale. Its website features photographs of the horses and provides information for prospective buyers and visitors.
