Beneens bouw en interieur

Beneens is a Belgian construction and interior company based in Olen, combining building expertise, craftsmanship and innovation. With 90 years of experience, it serves professional clients on projects ranging from offices, schools, apartments and industrial buildings to high-end villas. Its services include construction and renovation, wooden joinery, bespoke interiors, shop fitting and CLT timber construction. Beneens develops interiors around clients’ needs, balancing design, functionality, circular materials and budget. Its joinery combines design flexibility with demanding insulation standards, while CLT construction allows visible timber and can support demountable buildings.

Circularity is central to the company’s approach. Beneens offers collaborative Bouwteam and Design & Build processes, and develops solutions such as Benegrid, a reusable CLT-based building grid, BIM-Integrum, which links material information to a digital building model, and Bene Depositum, a system designed to improve material management and reuse. The company emphasizes client support, quality, careful attention to detail and efficient delivery within agreed timelines and budgets, while aiming to reduce resource use and respect the environment.
