Benham's comprehensive plans for this project include various key design elements such as geomatics, earthwork, pavement plans, lighting design, signage, traffic control plans, and construction sequencing. Adhering to MoDOT Design Standards for Roundabouts and St. Louis County Roadway Standards, Benham ensures that the design meets all necessary requirements.

Recognizing that change can be met with resistance, Benham has collaborated with the Federal Highway Administration to expedite the creation of an informational brochure and narrated video to educate the public about the benefits and traffic patterns associated with roundabouts.
