Benji Nova is a multidisciplinary artist and mindfulness teacher based in London, Ontario, known for his surreal and experimental contemporary art. With a Master’s degree in Health & Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University and certification as a facilitator of the Mindfulness Ambassador Program, Benji’s artistic approach integrates personal exploration with universal themes of self-discovery.
