Bennert

Self Protection Action is a self-defense and personal safety training provider led by Michael Bennert in Hamburg and the surrounding area. Its programs introduce Krav Maga and practical approaches to recognizing, avoiding, and responding to violence. Training is available for adolescents and adults, women and men, and is designed to help participants develop awareness, confidence, and the ability to act in challenging situations.

The training covers more than physical techniques. Participants explore how to identify potential threats, trust their instincts, leave situations before they escalate, and decide how to respond when necessary. They also practice defensive measures, work through problems and possible solutions, and learn the principles behind their actions, with the aim of maintaining composure and capability under pressure.

Services include personal training, group classes, workshops and seminars, modular training, topic-focused sessions, and outdoor training. Self Protection Action invites prospective participants to arrange a free trial session. Its website also provides information about training dates, current updates, the trainer, and contact details.
