The Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine (BHI) at Massachusetts General Hospital is a pioneering leader in integrating mind-body practices into healthcare. Founded in 2006 by Dr. Herbert Benson, BHI focuses on teaching individuals to manage stress through techniques that activate the Relaxation Response, promoting resilience and overall wellness. The institute offers a comprehensive range of services, including stress management and resiliency training, specialized programs for cancer patients, and wellness initiatives for women, youth, and schools.
