Bentley Ventures is a $100 million corporate venture capital fund focused on startups and emerging companies advancing infrastructure through digital technology. Backed by Bentley Systems, a provider of infrastructure software for more than 40 years, the fund offers portfolio companies more than capital: it brings industry expertise, mentorship, and connections with infrastructure leaders. Bentley also provides access to its cloud-based iTwin platform, which supports digital twin solutions for infrastructure.

The fund prioritizes early-stage investments, particularly from seed through Series B, and typically invests between $250,000 and $5 million per company. It seeks businesses developing technologies for the design, simulation, construction, and operation of physical infrastructure, as well as digital twin engineering and asset lifecycle management. Areas of interest include construction, transportation, utilities, water reliability, renewable energy, environmental solutions, digital cities, factories, and the Internet of Things.

Bentley Ventures invests through co-investment partnerships and aims to help founders build their businesses while supporting innovation across the infrastructure industry.
