Tobias Berg

BergGesundheit is the holistic health consultancy of Tobias Berg, based in Aachen, Germany. Its mission is to help people build the knowledge and practical skills to pursue a healthier, stronger, and more balanced life independently. Tobias draws on training and experience across health and fitness, tailoring his support to each person’s needs and circumstances. His approach emphasizes practical methods he has also applied in his own life.

The consultancy offers guidance across six areas: breathing and breathwork, movement and fitness, nutrition, environmental influences, awareness, and relaxation. Support may include breathing exercises to encourage energy, calm, or better sleep; exercise recommendations to improve fitness and support health; and help with nutrition planning. Clients can also explore ways to manage external stressors, build resilience, and support recovery, as well as mindfulness, meditation, healthy sleep, and active rest.

BergGesundheit presents its services as individualized support rather than a one-size-fits-all program, aiming to promote wellbeing through coordinated, everyday practices. The website also features a blog, podcast, newsletter, and branded clothing.
