Bergmann Kidletics

BERGMANN Kidletics provides individualized athletic training for children and teenagers aged 6 to 18 in Hamburg and Heidelberg. Founded by former professional basketball player Adrian Bergmann, the program helps young athletes build the movement skills and physical foundations that complement basketball and other sports. Basketball club experience is welcome but not required, and training is also suitable for children involved in activities such as football, handball, volleyball, or athletics.

Each athlete begins with an assessment of mobility, stability, strength, coordination, and movement patterns. Sessions are delivered one to one and tailored to a child’s biological development, growth stage, age, and goals, rather than age alone. Training progresses from playful coordination and movement fundamentals for younger children to strength, jumping ability, speed, explosiveness, and basketball-specific athletic skills for older teens. The approach emphasizes safe technique, injury prevention, personal coaching, and tracking progress.
