Bergsteigen.ch

Bergsteigen.ch is a Swiss mountain guiding provider offering guided tours and practical training for people at every experience level, from beginners to experts. With more than 25 years of experience, its team leads participants through the mountains with an emphasis on safety, careful preparation and a pace suited to the group.

The programme covers ski touring, high-altitude mountaineering, climbing, snowshoeing, hiking and mountain biking, as well as courses that build the knowledge and skills needed for independent mountain travel. Offerings range from introductory outings and avalanche training to challenging alpine routes and summit objectives. Private courses and individually arranged tours are also available.

To make participation easier, Bergsteigen.ch rents equipment and can bring pre-booked gear to the meeting point. Tours are generally accessible by public transport; when that is not possible, the team can arrange shared transport in its bus. The company aims to make mountain sports safe, straightforward and affordable, with selected day tours and beginner courses starting at CHF 95.
