Berkshire Pain Clinic

Berkshire Pain Clinic is a multidisciplinary pain and lifestyle medicine centre founded in 2010 by Dr Deepak Ravindran. Based in Reading, England, it serves patients across Berkshire and beyond through a team that includes pain specialists, physiotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists and other healthcare professionals. The clinic focuses on personalised, trauma-informed care, combining medical expertise with a holistic approach that considers both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Its consultants assess and treat a broad range of conditions, including spinal and back pain, neck pain, shoulder, hip and knee pain, chronic migraine and other severe headaches, fibromyalgia, and complex regional pain syndrome. The clinic also addresses post-surgical and other chronic pain, with care plans shaped around each patient’s history, needs and goals. Treatment options aim to relieve pain, improve mobility and help people return to everyday activities, while preventative strategies and patient participation support ongoing management. Berkshire Pain Clinic provides consultations and referrals, educational videos and resources, new-patient guidance, and a From Hurting to Healing membership offering guided support to help people understand and manage pain at their own pace.
