About Berliner Sportschützen Verein
Berliner Sportschützen Verein 95 e.V. is a nonprofit sports-shooting club for people of different ages and professional backgrounds who are interested in responsible shooting. The association is a member of the BDS 1975 Berlin-Brandenburg regional association, the Berlin State Sports Association, and the German testing and inspection association for hunting and sporting firearms.
The club provides training in sport and hunting-style shooting with handguns, rifles, and shotguns. Activities follow the sporting rules of the BDS regional association for Berlin-Brandenburg. The club’s website features examples of sporting firearms, including a Shiloh Sharps Model 1874 “Quigley” and a Winchester lever-action rifle.
People seeking to join can submit a completed and signed membership application by email to the club. The association notes that its membership is limited, so it may not be able to approve every application. Prospective members and others with questions are invited to contact the club by email for further information.
