Bernesemountainlover

Bernese Mountain Lover is an owner-written resource for people who share their lives with Bernese Mountain Dogs. Founded by Todd Grasse and shaped by his experience raising three Berners, the site has provided breed-focused information since 2023. Its practical guides cover breed characteristics, health, care and grooming, nutrition, training, behavior, activities, breeders and adoption. Articles are informed by firsthand experience and checked against reputable veterinary and breed-health sources, helping owners understand the breed’s specific needs, including its size, coat, temperament and health risks.

The site also publishes seasonal advice, such as cold-weather and coat care, and information on topics including eye problems, health testing, car safety and preventive procedures. Visitors can browse accessories and products, including memorial gifts, mugs, seasonal and Christmas items, stickers and decals through the shop. A newsletter offers new guides, health notes and product suggestions, while the contact page welcomes questions and Berner photos. Bernese Mountain Lover combines candid, owner-to-owner guidance with a celebration of the breed, aiming to support both the everyday care and wellbeing of Bernese Mountain Dogs.
