Besaitungsservice MUC SüdWest is a tennis racket restringing service serving Munich’s western area. The business is run by a tennis player who has played since youth and understands that players have different preferences for string performance. Its aim is to make choosing easier by offering a curated selection of strings with varied characteristics and prices, while also welcoming customers who bring their own string.

Customers can choose restringing without a new string for €20, or select from four price categories for service with a string: €20, €25, €29, or €34. The service also runs a “Saitenbox,” where unused strings collected from the owner and other players may be available for a free restringing. For convenient drop-off and collection, customers can use the “Schlägerkasterl,” a small locker hut accessed with a code provided on request. Rackets are generally ready within 48 hours, with an express option available for an additional €5. Because availability can vary, customers are asked to check in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
