The Office du Commerce et de l’Artisanat de Besançon (OCAB), which supports the Besançon & Co collective, works to strengthen local commerce and encourage people to shop in Besançon. It serves local retailers, craftspeople, businesses and consumers through practical services, promotional initiatives and community events.

Its Bezac Fidélité program rewards purchases at participating Besançon businesses, helping build connections between customers and local merchants. Bezac Kdo offers locally focused gift vouchers and cards, accepted across a broad network of partner shops. The vouchers are also available to companies and employee benefit committees (CSE), with paper, card and digital formats and a simple ordering process.

OCAB also organises the Samedis Piétons, five lively shopping days featuring special offers and activities in the city centre, and the Instants Gourmands.
