Besser leben mit Fatigue

Tina Ittermann – Besser leben mit Fatigue offers supportive, evidence-informed guidance for people living with chronic exhaustion. Founded on the experience of Tina Ittermann, a systemic therapist who also lives with cancer-related fatigue, the brand combines professional knowledge with a personal understanding of how fatigue can affect everyday life. Its work helps people better understand their energy, adapt routines to their needs, and find practical ways to make room for what matters to them.

The main services include a four-part online course, individual fatigue coaching, and educational talks. The course covers topics such as pacing, planning and priorities, emotional challenges, and applying new ideas in daily life, with opportunities for participants to exchange experiences. One-to-one coaching focuses on each person’s circumstances and goals, and is available online or in practice rooms in Cologne-Sülz. Talks explain fatigue and its real-world effects to people with fatigue, relatives, healthcare professionals, clinics, rehabilitation settings, and self-help groups. Across its offerings, Tina Ittermann aims to provide understanding, orientation, and individualized support at each person’s pace.
