The project is dedicated to preserving the memory of individuals victimized by repression, serving as a vital and unique resource that connects personal histories to broader historical narratives. It provides an open-access platform where families can document and share their memories, photographs, and any related materials about their loved ones who suffered from injustice. With the aim of creating a comprehensive database, the project stands as the largest living encyclopedia on the history of Soviet repressions. It actively combats historical revisionism and seeks to shed light on the brutality of past ideologies, ensuring that each innocent victim is named and remembered.

The website is continually being updated and optimized, with new names and documents being added regularly. Users can engage in the project by sharing their family stories, supporting through donations, or finding interesting materials online. The project depends entirely on community support and strives to keep this essential history accessible to all, fostering awareness and understanding of the past to prevent future reiterations of violence and oppression.
