Bestattungshaus Grote

Bestattungen Grote is a family-run funeral service in Lübbecke and the surrounding area, supporting families through bereavement since 1894. Led by Jacob Grote since 2013, the business is now in its fifth generation. After completing professional training and further study, he earned the title of master funeral director in 2018. The team combines professional expertise with compassionate, individual care, taking time to guide relatives through arrangements and the grieving process.

Services include immediate assistance following a death, funeral planning and arrangements, and advance funeral planning, including advice on how to organise and finance a funeral. The team explains available options, including burial, cremation, tree burial and sea burial, subject to local availability or planning. Families can also hold a funeral service with a coffin or urn at the Haus der Erinnerungen, shaping the ceremony around their personal wishes and ideas. Bestattungen Grote is available around the clock for urgent support and offers personal consultations to answer questions and help families make informed decisions during a difficult time.
