Bestattungen König

Bestattungshaus König is a family-owned funeral home serving Bergisch Gladbach and the surrounding area since 1929. Founded in Schildgen by master carpenter Wilhelm König, the business draws on generations of experience to support families with openness, respect, transparency, and professionalism. Its team is available around the clock throughout the year, offering guidance and practical assistance when a death occurs.

Services include traditional burials, cremation, tree burials, and sea burials, as well as information about memorial gardens in Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne. The funeral home also helps arrange funerals without ongoing grave-care obligations and provides advance funeral planning, including funeral financing. Families can use its modern, welcoming rooms to gather and say goodbye, and the team can assist with funeral ceremonies and related arrangements. The website also offers information on costs, required documents, wills, condolence cards, acknowledgements, thanatopraxy, and the grieving process.

Bestattungshaus König has locations in Schildgen and Bergisch Gladbach city centre. The Schildgen office is open on weekdays, while city-centre visits are by appointment.
