Bestattungshaus Schürmann

Bestattungshaus Schürmann is a family-oriented funeral home serving Arnsberg and the surrounding area. With more than 90 years of tradition, the business supports families through bereavement with personal guidance, practical assistance, and respect for individual wishes. Its services are available around the clock, and the funeral home includes its own chapel for memorial services.

The team manages the arrangements and formalities involved in a funeral, including collecting and transporting the deceased, preparation and dressing, coordinating dates with civil registry and cemetery offices, and organizing the burial or memorial service. It can also arrange funeral notices and printed materials, a religious or secular speaker, coffin or urn decorations, and coordination with florists, musicians, cemetery gardeners, stonemasons, and other providers. Families may also receive help arranging refreshments after the burial and support with grieving.

Schürmann advises on funeral planning and advance arrangements, helping people document their preferences and ease the burden on relatives.
