Best bevallen

Best Bevallen is a pregnancy and birth education service focused on haptonomy, connection, and practical preparation for expectant parents. Its partner course helps couples prepare for pregnancy and childbirth through haptonomic exercises and doula techniques, information about the stages of labour, and practice with different birthing positions. Participants also explore massage and pressure points, breathing, relaxation, and ways partners can provide support. The aim is to help parents approach birth with greater confidence, calm, and connection with each other and their baby.

The programme includes workshops on birth preferences, deeper birth preparation for couples, baby massage, and Yoga Nidra for pregnancy and motherhood. Best Bevallen also offers HypnoBirthing, Rebozo relaxation and closing rituals, and ceremonies marking the transition into motherhood. The website presents these services as opportunities to learn, share questions and experiences, and build comfort during pregnancy and after birth. Parent testimonials describe the courses and treatments as supportive, informative, and reassuring.
