Best Day Ever is the wedding-planning agency of Sandra Baier, based in Esslingen and serving couples across the Stuttgart region, Baden-Württemberg and southern Germany. With more than 12 years of professional experience and over 100 weddings planned, Sandra brings a personal, carefully organised approach to creating celebrations that reflect each couple’s wishes. She is an IHK-certified wedding planner, with her certification dating to 2017, and supports clients from the first planning decisions through to the wedding day.

The agency offers a comprehensive, full-service package covering wedding planning and organisation, coordination of suppliers, and on-site support for guests during the celebration. Couples who prefer to plan independently can choose partial-planning support or individual wedding coaching to get help with specific decisions and arrangements. Sandra’s work is guided by a focus on thoughtful details, professional execution and attentive personal support. The website also features wedding examples, including a Mediterranean celebration at Morrhof, a castle wedding in Ludwigsburg and a peony-themed wedding at Gut Wendgräben, alongside client testimonials and contact information.
