BEST Gliwice is a student organization operating at the Silesian University of Technology. As part of the Board of European Students of Technology (BEST), they are an apolitical and non-profit organization present at major technical universities throughout Europe. With 3900 active members and operations in 32 countries and 88 technical universities, BEST aims to create a new model of engineer: creative, ambitious, and communicative, with an openness to collaboration both domestically and internationally.

Through their events, BEST Gliwice strives to familiarize students with the realities of working in an international and diverse cultural environment. By participating in and coordinating BEST-organized events, students have the opportunity to develop their skills through teamwork and gain new experiences. BEST Gliwice offers various projects and courses to its members, such as the European BEST Engineering Competition (EBEC Challenge), which challenges students to develop innovative engineering solutions.

They also organize Open Career Days (OCD), providing students with opportunities to interact with potential employers.
