Best Made Company is an independent, designer-led product brand focused on the intersection of work, adventure, and reinvention. Established in 2009 and re-established in 2024, the company champions quality as a responsible alternative to disposable products and planned obsolescence. It emphasizes thoughtful design, lasting usefulness, and support for American makers, connecting product development and manufacturing with people and communities close to home.
Its range spans blades, tools, home goods, and apparel. Customers can shop Japanese chef knives, pocket and folding knives, craft blades, axes, and hatchets, alongside blade-care information on steel, sharpening, and maintenance. Home and workshop offerings include signs and prints, instruments, books, storage, desk accessories, and kitchen tools. Apparel includes shirts, jackets, pants, knitwear, and accessories such as hats, belts, bandanas, and socks.
Best Made also shares research, product guides, stories, and an archive of more than 250 past products. Its resources include a repair and restoration directory for apparel, footwear, and gear, reflecting the brand’s interest in helping people maintain and use quality products over time.
