Beta Coffins

Beta Coffins is a small, independently owned coffin and casket manufacturer operated by Beta Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd. Based in South Africa, the company has its factory and head office in Strand and a branch in Cape Town. It produces a range of coffins and caskets, with options including flat-lid, apron-face, three-tier and juvenile designs, as well as Dutch and half-view styles. The company also presents its Octo Halfview range.

Beta Coffins aims to distinguish its products through considered design details, including a range of edging solutions and fold-out linings offered even on entry-level coffins. It says its willingness to explore and test new ideas has helped its distinctive products gain interest and acceptance in a traditionally conservative market. The company reports that its factory and production capacity are growing in response to this market acceptance.

Beta Coffins emphasizes ongoing innovation and a commitment to excellence, while seeking to act with consideration for the environment, customers and staff.
