BeteendeByrån

BeteendeByrån is a Swedish consultancy offering guidance, training and lectures in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). It works with people and organisations in schools, disability services, habilitation, personal assistance, residential care and other support settings. Its approach aims to promote learning, participation and quality of life, with strategies tailored to each individual and situation. The consultancy emphasises ethical practice, involvement and sustainable, long-term support rather than short-term fixes.

Services include staff and individual supervision, behavioural assessment and support strategies, skills training, communication support, visual structure and preventive approaches. BeteendeByrån also helps organisations implement PBS and ABA, and offers parent training at home. Its courses and lectures cover topics such as behaviour challenges, crisis management, augmentative and alternative communication, mental health in disability services, and pedagogical supports for people with cognitive difficulties. The team brings experience from schools, disability services, habilitation and autism services, including early intensive behavioural interventions for children with autism.
