Bethesda Alterszentren is a Swiss network of care and senior-living providers, bringing together Bethesda Alterszentren AG and Bethesda Altersbetreuung AG under the Stiftung Diakonat Bethesda. With a long-standing tradition and an open Christian values culture, the organization serves older people across German-speaking Switzerland. Its aim is to foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents, families, employees and partners feel at home, regardless of background, religion or personal outlook.
The network offers support across the continuum of aging and care. Services include residential care, general nursing, dementia and psychogeriatric care, specialized care groups, and palliative care. Intermediate options include acute and transitional care, short stays, and day and night services. Residents can also choose senior apartments with assisted living, home-care nursing through in-house Spitex services, and hospitality support. Many locations provide rapid admission when circumstances require it. Bethesda operates care homes and senior residences at sites across Switzerland, alongside hospices, restaurants and a childcare center.
