Bethesda

Bethesda Senior is a nonprofit senior-care residence in Vyšný Lorinčík, Košice, offering community-style living in a peaceful setting near a forest. Established by Dana and Bohumil Husťák, the home was opened in 2016 with a mission to provide dignified care that respects residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Its accessible building and small-scale setting are designed to support a welcoming, family-like atmosphere while helping residents remain connected to social and cultural life.

The residence offers 18 accessible apartments, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette; some include a refrigerator, kettle, and television. Residents can enjoy shared social spaces, a garden with an outdoor gazebo, and activities such as regular exercise, celebrations, and games. Bethesda provides round-the-clock care, nursing services on site, and home-style meals, including preparation of special diets. Its qualified team includes nursing and social-care staff, supported by management and administrative personnel.
