Beth Katherine is a Perth-based clinical nutrition and wellness brand founded by nutritionist Beth Katherine, who supports women in understanding persistent fatigue, digestive concerns, and changes in hormonal health, sleep, or mood. With a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition, Beth takes a root-cause, pathology-led approach, drawing on each client’s health history and circumstances rather than prescribing generic plans. Consultations are available by telehealth throughout Australia.

The brand offers two main programs: BLOOM, a ten-week group nourishment journey with live calls, private consultations, and peer support; and the Ultimate Health Reset, a private nutrition and wellness partnership available over three, six, or twelve months. Support may include a personalised roadmap, testing where appropriate, and messaging between appointments. Beth also provides workshops, speaking engagements, and education on women’s health and nervous system regulation.
