Beth Knopik – Lifting Parents Through Loss provides compassionate grief support for parents navigating the death of a child. Drawing on her own experience—her daughter died from a heart infection at age 16 in 2012—Beth offers understanding informed by both personal loss and professional life-coaching training. Her mission is to help grieving parents feel less alone and find a way forward through the questions, doubts, and isolation that can follow such a loss.
