Better Aid Foundation is a humanitarian and development organization working to improve the lives of vulnerable communities across Africa, with activities and offices in Nigeria. Guided by its vision of a thriving Africa with access to essential resources, health, and harmony, the foundation addresses interconnected needs through sustainable development, humanitarian response, and peacebuilding.

Its work spans three pillars: Better Life, focused on medical care, disease prevention, and stronger laboratory and diagnostic systems; Better Hope, promoting food security and climate adaptation; and Better Future, supporting peacebuilding, education, and sustainable development. Programs also include charity and philanthropic services, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), environmental initiatives, conflict resolution, and governance and civic education.

The foundation provides third-party monitoring to assess project quality, accountability, and results, and integrates protection and gender perspectives across its work. Recent activities include monitoring health, nutrition, food assistance, WASH, and protection programs, as well as initiatives addressing gender-based violence and sexual and reproductive health awareness. Accountability, transparency, inclusion, innovation, and sustainability guide its approach.
