Betterball

Betterball is a basketball training brand focused on helping players improve performance through portable, sport-specific resistance training. Its flagship product, the Betterball® PRO, is a 3-pound training system used with a men’s size 7 basketball. Designed to connect physical preparation with basketball movements, it can support strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, grip strength, core stability, balance, and body control. The system is intended for players of different experience levels, from amateur athletes to professionals, and is recommended for ages 12 and up.

Betterball can be used at home with a door anchor or at a gym or basketball facility, with minimal or no additional equipment. The brand positions its training tool as an accessible way to add resistance while practicing movements relevant to the game. Its website features endorsements from basketball skills coaches, performance professionals, physical therapists, and strength and conditioning coaches, who highlight its portability and usefulness in athlete training. Betterball’s mission is to help players pursue peak performance through innovative, efficient basketball training.
