Better Blokes Charitable Trust (BBT) is a dedicated organization committed to supporting men affected by trauma and sexual abuse in New Zealand. With a vision to foster healing through connection, BBT offers a range of peer support services, including individual and group sessions known as Safe Circles, where men can express their feelings and work through their past pains. Founded by David Passell over 15 years ago, the trust is staffed by compassionate professionals and volunteers who understand the complexities of unresolved trauma.

BBT operates in several regions, including Auckland and the North Shore, and provides a network of resources for male survivors through partnerships with organizations like Male Survivors Aotearoa. Their programs not only facilitate emotional release but also promote well-being and resilience, enabling participants to transform pain into empowerment. With ongoing training and a commitment to enhancing the social sector, Better Blokes strives to develop effective support services that nurture personal growth and community healing for the men they serve.
