BetzK9 LLC aka Betsy Gunter

Betz K9 is a dog training business led by professional trainer Betsy, who helps dogs and their owners build healthier relationships and reach practical training goals. Based in Dallas, Texas, Betsy offers in-person services in the surrounding area, along with virtual sessions. Her approach is tailored to each dog’s personality, needs, and the goals of the household, while helping owners understand canine behavior and communicate with confidence.

Services include initial consultations, follow-up sessions, virtual training, a board and train program, and mentorship. Training can address challenges such as leash pulling, unreliable responses to commands, aggression or reactivity toward people and animals, fear and anxiety, separation anxiety, resource guarding, and issues in multiple-dog homes. Betsy also teaches clients to read canine body language, develop leadership skills, and build trust, calmness, and consistency. The aim is to give owners practical skills they can continue using beyond training sessions. Betz K9 invites prospective clients to book a free 15-minute inquiry call to discuss their dog’s behavior and training needs.
