Sociaal Fonds Particuliere Beveiliging (Social Fund for Private Security) supports people working in the Dutch private security sector. Its website brings together practical information, guidance and development opportunities for the industry, with resources covering collective labour agreements, workplace disputes, enforcement and pensions.

The fund offers training and education for security professionals and related roles. Options include a basic planner course, situation-based leadership training, and training on preventing and de-escalating aggression. It also provides a basic course for workplace trainers, continuing education, study vouchers and V-learning modules. People considering a career as a security officer can find information about becoming a security professional.

Additional resources address workplace health and safety, including an occupational health catalogue and a sector risk assessment. The fund also points users to support such as financial coaching, help after distressing events, victim assistance, a confidential adviser and information materials. Other tools cover travel-cost calculations, collective health insurance and staff matters. Visitors can follow sector news and podcasts, explore training dates and subscribe to a monthly newsletter.
