About Beverage SA
Welcome to BEVSA, the Beverage Association of South Africa. BEVSA is a non-profit organization that represents the interests of the non-alcoholic beverage industry in South Africa. With a mission to ensure sustainable growth in an open and thriving market, BEVSA serves as a liaison between the industry, government, and the public.
The non-alcoholic beverage industry in South Africa is a significant contributor to the country's GDP, generating R60 billion and supporting 294,000 jobs. Additionally, the industry has cumulatively contributed R18 billion in taxes. As the national voice for the industry, BEVSA is committed to advocating for its members' interests in legislative and regulatory matters.
BEVSA prides itself on being an industry body that instills product confidence in various beverage categories for consumers. Representing 92% of the industry, excluding juice and dairy, BEVSA is dedicated to supporting importers, producers, bottlers, distributors, merchants, and resellers of non-alcoholic beverages.
