Bewegungsharmonie für Mensch und Pferd

Bewegungsharmonie is the practice of Sarah Töws, a physiotherapist for riders who helps people and horses move and work together with greater ease. Based in Ruppichteroth, Germany, Sarah combines human physiotherapy, equine osteopathy, riding instruction and groundwork training, with a focus on the rider’s seat and the biomechanics of both partners. Her services include physiotherapy for riders, horse osteopathy, seat analysis and coaching, riding and groundwork training, fascia and groundwork sessions, combined packages, courses and workshops.

Care begins with an individual assessment and a conversation about the rider’s and horse’s needs. Seat analysis considers the rider’s physical abilities alongside the horse’s movement, helping identify issues that may affect balance, aids or harmony. Where appropriate, Sarah recommends physiotherapy for the rider and supports training that promotes the horse’s long-term wellbeing. The practice emphasizes tailored treatment, open communication and attention to how physical restrictions, asymmetries and compensatory patterns can influence both horse and rider. Bewegungsharmonie invites riders to book a consultation or video checkup to explore suitable support.
