Be Well Holistic Therapeutic Center (Be Well HTC) is a Connecticut-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in Stamford in 2022 by Executive Director Wenshy Preval. As a Veterans Affairs contract provider, it offers Veteran-centered therapeutic and wellness services in Fairfield County and across Connecticut, with care grounded in dignity, clinical professionalism, and respect for each person’s experience.
The organization’s core service is personalized therapeutic massage, designed to support pain management, mobility, recovery, and overall wellness. Its approach is trauma-sensitive and tailored to Veterans’ individual needs, including those managing longstanding injuries, recovering from surgery, or working toward physical goals. Be Well also provides private, compassionate prosthetic hair services for Veterans experiencing medical hair loss, and coordinates guidance for ocular prosthetic care through qualified clinical partners.
Veterans can ask their VA care team about a Community Care referral; authorization requirements may vary, and Be Well can help explain next steps. The center is working to expand its offerings, with acupuncture, stem cell therapy, and IV therapy described as planned future services.
