Be Well Stay Well

Be Well, Stay Well C.I.C. is a not-for-profit community health initiative focused on improving physical and mental wellbeing. It supports people facing addiction or substance dependency, persistent unwanted habits, sedentary lifestyles, or other personal health challenges. The organisation’s approach recognises that progress can begin with acknowledging a problem, understanding its effects, and sharing the experience with others.

Its support is organised around two related courses, the Be Well and Stay Well programmes, with an aftercare programme intended to help participants maintain their progress. The initial eight-week Be Well course is offered free of charge. Support includes open discussion groups, guidance, WhatsApp groups, Talktime, and professional advice on diet, managed exercise, relaxation, and meditation. Programme topics also cover health and fitness, food and nutrition, and relaxation.

Be Well, Stay Well aims to help participants work towards improved physical and mental health, confidence, concentration, weight management, and physical ability. The organisation also provides recipes, videos, and information about its programmes, and welcomes enrolments, donations, and partnership support.
