Bewertungen.Online is a Düsseldorf-based service that helps businesses request Google’s review of potentially inauthentic or harmful customer reviews. The company serves organisations across more than 20 sectors, including restaurants, hotels, healthcare, trades, pharmacies, property and professional services. It says it has handled more than 100,000 review submissions for over 16,250 customers.

Customers identify the reviews they want assessed, receive a free offer—typically within five minutes—and can track the order’s progress. Bewertungen.Online submits requests to Google, which makes the final decision. The company states that clients pay only when Google removes a reported review, with no advance payment or charge for unsuccessful requests. Prices start at €19.90 per removed review, with volume-based rates and individual offers for larger requests.

The service also offers ongoing reputation protection. It automatically checks Google profiles for new negative reviews, submits eligible reviews for assessment and provides monthly email summaries. The protection plan is cancellable, and charges apply only to successful removals.
