The vineyards of Beykush are situated in a unique location on the Beykush Cape, surrounded by the Berezan and Beykush Lagoons and the Black Sea. This proximity to the water and constant breeze acts as a natural conditioner for the vineyards, reducing the risk of fungal diseases. The vineyards benefit from an average of 225 days of sunshine per year, providing ideal conditions for the synthesis of aromatic precursors. The vineyard's location also ensures optimal levels of acidity in the grapes.

Beykush vineyards consist of 11 hectares of white grape varieties, including Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and Rkatsiteli, as well as red varieties like Pinot Noir, Merlot, Saperavi, and Cabernet Sauvignon. They also have an experimental vineyard with unique varieties like Telti-Kuruk, Alvarinho, Timorasso, Tempranillo, Malbec, and Pinotage.
