Beyond Fitness

Beyond Fitness is a women-focused fitness and nutrition coaching brand based in Cork, offering in-person classes and an online At-Home Hub. Founded by Shelly, a women’s fitness and nutrition coach and pre- and postnatal specialist, the brand supports women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, and other life stages. Its approach emphasizes realistic, adaptable exercise and sustainable habits, helping members build strength, confidence, and a consistent routine.

The At-Home Hub membership includes more than 400 expert-led, on-demand workouts, with Pilates, strength training, cardio, and mobility sessions, alongside live sessions, masterclasses, podcasts, and a supportive community. Programs are designed for different fitness levels and schedules, from gentle postnatal core and pelvic-floor recovery to progressive strength training. Pregnancy offerings include tailored workouts and pregnancy yoga led by a qualified coach and birth doula. Beyond Fitness also provides guidance on adapting exercise, recovery, and wellbeing, plus free resources such as pregnancy and postpartum exercise guides.
